Terms of Service

These terms explain the practical rules for using ArrangeMore. Effective 4 September 2026.

1. Agreement and your account

These Terms apply when you create or use a ArrangeMore account or workspace. “Workspace”, “you” and “your” mean the person or organisation responsible for that workspace. You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure and be authorised to act for the organisation you register.

2. The service

ArrangeMore provides scheduling, student and instructor records, spaces, session types, reminders, calendar connections, payroll reporting and subscription administration. Features may change as the product develops. We will take reasonable care to avoid material disruption and communicate significant changes where practical.

3. Studio data and people records

You retain ownership of information entered into your workspace. You give us permission to host, process, back up and transmit that information only as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to enter teacher, student, parent or guardian information, including information about children, and for giving any notices or obtaining permissions your organisation requires.

4. Plans, trials and payment

Trials run for the period shown at registration and do not require payment details. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and may be subject to applicable tax. Stripe may process subscription payments; ArrangeMore does not store full card details. We will show the plan price before checkout and give reasonable notice of price changes.

You may cancel future renewal from Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, access another studio without permission, upload malicious code, interfere with availability, test security without written permission, send spam, or use the service to harm, exploit or discriminate against a person. You must use reminders and communications only for recipients you are entitled to contact.

6. Connected services

Optional features may use providers such as Stripe, Resend, ClickSend and Google Calendar. Their services and terms also apply when you connect them. We are not responsible for an external provider’s outage or for changes they make, but we will take reasonable steps to keep our integration reliable.

7. Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, security events and internet or provider failures can cause interruptions. We may restrict or suspend a workspace for overdue payment, material breach, unlawful use or a credible security risk. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Export and deletion

Studio administrators should export information they need before closing a workspace. After termination we may retain information for a limited period for recovery, legal, security and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify it in line with our retention practices. Contact Support if you need help with an export or closure.

9. Intellectual property

ArrangeMore and its software, design and documentation remain our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service during your account or subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring your confidential workspace data.

10. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any permitted limitation will be interpreted fairly and will not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. We will publish the current version and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Support page. Before production launch, the contracting legal entity, registered address and dedicated legal email should be inserted here and reviewed by Australian counsel.
